Extraordinary Everyday Mom
Sometimes life seems to go faster than we anticipate. It isn’t till a moment that you feel the void in your heart that your recognize you may not have shown the greatest amount of gratitude for all that you have.
I am guilty of this. Just the other day, I was stopped right in my tracks when I looked out my window and saw the great things the Lord was doing. Just by walking by a window that focused on the center of my yard, did I finally sit to thank God for the big project me and my husband was conducting together to expand our porch.
Although I listened at that moment and gave all my thanksgiving unto Him, it still convicted me. Why did it take me so long to thank Him? I realized I lacked in that area. I was sadden by this.
Then I read this post . It was full of tips that I needed.
Here is Rosanna’s post featuring on Salt & Light Link Up this week….

As he was talking to me, I began to recognize that I had been seeing only the negative when it came to my husband and children.
I am, by nature, a fixer. Because of that, I have guard against correcting the people that I love the most.
The Holy Spirit showed me that I had been complaining a lot. I had been complaining about life and about the people in it.
So, I asked him how I could change this attitude because I felt that it had permeated every part of me. I felt completely helpless to change this attitude.
Friends, The Holy Spirit gave me an idea!
